The offer of the Center for Forensic Psychology in the field of preparing expert opinions is addressed to the Police, Prosecutor's Office, Courts, Private Persons, Detectives, Detective Agencies, Operational Services, Special Units, Prison Service, Military Police, Border Guard, Army, Companies and those Institutions that need to quickly obtain professional expertise in the field of psychology, criminology, forensics and related sciences. We are able to prepare an expert opinion on any topic related to the area of our activity. The time of implementation and the cost of issuing an expert opinion depends mainly on the nature and complexity of the presented case.

Court, Prosecutor's Office, Police
For orders carried out pursuant to a decision issued by the Police, Prosecutor's Office, Courts and other bodies conducting preparatory proceedings, the final cost of the opinion is determined based on the resulting calculation, according to the actual working time using the hourly rates specified in § 2, 3 and 4
Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 24 April 2013 on the determination of expert fee rates, flat-rate tariffs and the method of documenting expenses necessary to issue an opinion in criminal proceedings (Journal of Laws of 2013, No. 508) and incurred expenses included in the expert’s work card and the statement/settlement of expenses incurred by the Centre for Forensic Psychology, constituting – in terms of expenses – the statements indicated in § 8 of the aforementioned regulation. Current expert rates in court and prosecutor’s proceedings are as follows:

expert master 1.81% of the base amount of PLN 1,789.42 – PLN 32.39/hour + 23% VAT
expert Ph.D. 2.55% of the base amount of PLN 1,789.42 – PLN 45.63/hour + 23% VAT
expert Ph.D. 3.08% of the base amount of PLN 1,789.42 – PLN 55.11/hour + 23% VAT
expert prof. 3.93% of the base amount of PLN 1,789.42 – PLN 70.32/hour + 23% VAT
