Information:

Conflict is a common phenomenon and concerns every business. It occurs both in company-client relations and in the company's internal environment. Regardless of its nature, it is obvious that it always leads to a loss. How big this loss will be in reality depends on how quickly we manage to control the conflict and move on to managing it. The appropriate tool for controlling the escalation of conflict situations is mediation, and in this particular case - mediation in business.

Training objective:

The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the subject of mediation, i.e. an alternative method of resolving disputes to the court, and in particular: what mediation is, what the role of the mediator is, what cases are particularly suitable for mediation, how to use this institution when time and costs matter, relations with the other party are important, and there is no certainty about the court's decision. Participants will learn the procedure for submitting a dispute to contractual and court mediation, practical aspects of choosing a mediator, concluding mediation agreements and formulating mediation clauses. Thanks to the training, they will gain the necessary knowledge in business about an effective, cheap and fast method of resolving disputes, based on confidentiality and full voluntariness, thanks to which it is possible to actually end the conflict on the "win-win" principle, maintain a positive image of the company and its goodwill, avoid long and expensive court proceedings and the effects of conflict escalation.
