Cel szkolenia:
The aim of the training is for participants to gain knowledge about conflict in the workplace - how to recognize conflicts, what are the sources of their occurrence, how conflict develops and what is the life cycle of conflict, as well as what are the main strategies for dealing with a conflict situation. Participants of the training will gain knowledge about constructive conflict resolution and the possibility of using the help of an impartial and neutral third party, such as a mediator. The training will provide participants with knowledge about the role and tasks of a mediator, the basis of their intervention, the procedure for submitting a dispute to mediation and the benefits of amicable resolution of disputes and skillful conflict management in the organization.
